Our products have been manufactured using the best materials and production techniques available on the market. Therefore, we commit to repairing any products that have defects related to our manufacturing processes.
Unless there is abusive use that may cause material degradation, this product will last for more than one year.
Tarp
The Techno Flex product comes with a limited warranty against any manufacturing defects for a period of 1 year from the date of purchase. If any defect occurs during this period, we will repair or replace the item (at our discretion) upon presentation of proof of purchase, free of charge. We undertake to fulfill these requirements within 30 days of receiving the fabric.
This warranty does not cover damages resulting from an accident, unreasonable use, normal wear and tear, inadequate maintenance, damages caused by a carrier, loss of use, consequential damages, or repairs carried out by unauthorized individuals.
Exclusions:
- Perforated fabric or tearing
- Discoloration
- Delamination
- Abrasion or friction wear
Procedure
You must follow this procedure:
- Contact our customer service at 1-866-900-FLEX or email info@technoflex.ca.
- We will provide you with a return number for the defective product.
- Return the product with the proof of purchase at your expense using the carrier of your choice.

Joliette, QC, J6E 0L7 - We will repair or replace the item and commit to shipping it back to you, free of charge.
Please note that we do not cover transportation costs for warranty cases. Techno Diesel will cover the return shipping costs once the repair is completed. In the event that a fabric is not covered by the warranty, Techno Diesel reserves the right not to return the product. A specific request must be made if you wish to retrieve your non-warrantable fabric.
Any products replaced or credited before obtaining a return number will not be refunded.
General clauses
To make a claim under this warranty, the original owner must have fully paid for the product covered by the warranty. If the purchase has not been fully settled, this warranty is void, and Techno Diesel will not be held liable under this contract. The buyer acknowledges that this contract constitutes a legal agreement binding the parties.
Losses, loss of income or profits, or any other indirect damages, even if Techno Diesel has been informed of the possibility of such damages, and even if the remedy fails to achieve its essential purpose.
